After successful installation, the license activation window should open automatically if you click the launch button from the installer. If it doesn't please double-click the software's icon on your desktop (or in your install directory if you changed the installer's default behavior). If you didn't change the default installation options and don't see the icon on your desktop, the executable file should be found at:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SOFTWARENAME\
Enter the email address you purchased with, and the serial number included in your welcome email and click submit.
If you didn't receive the welcome email or can't find your license information, please contact support.
Otherwise, your software should load and you'll be able to get started using your software.

Activation Troubleshooting
If you didn't receive your License Details or download information after your purchase, please contact us by opening a support ticket.
If you have received your license key and download info and were able to successfully install your software, the issue is most likely that you changed the default installation path. Please try installing the software with the default settings and see if that resolves your issues.
If not, the problem could be related to your antivirus software. Please see the Antivirus Issues section for some troubleshooting.
If you're still having issues activating your copy after trying the above, please try right clicking and running as an administrator. Once you've entered your email and key and it activates successfully, you shouldn't need to run as an administrator again.
