Our normal support hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm CST, though we often offer support outside of these hours when possible.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your support tickets, though we aim to reply much quicker than that. Please allow some extra time if opening support tickets on or around the weekend.
